Requirement

  • A suite of mobile applications to support attendee scanning, session tracking, mobile device management, and warehouse operations.

  • Ability to incorporate client feedback and deliver updates within a short release cycle (typically a few days).

Technical Challenges

  • The apps had to handle a large number of scans smoothly—both online and offline—even on older or low-spec mobile devices, especially in expo environments where internet is often slow or unstable.

  • We needed to keep the apps working perfectly with every new mobile OS update, by using smart automated testing for critical features.

  • Our team provided live support during events to make sure everything ran smoothly without delays.

  • Syncing a high volume of offline leads was also a challenge, especially with limited or spotty internet.

Tools and Technologies

  • Mobile applications for iOS and Android

  • Desktop application compatible with Windows

  • REST APIs developed using PHP and .NET

  • Microsoft SQL Server for database management

"The team was incredibly responsive and easy to work with. They understood our fast-paced needs and delivered a reliable solution that scaled with us. Thanks to their support, we were able to hit major milestones faster than expected."

Highlights

  • Within five years, the client rose from a lower position to become one of the top three players in the industry.

  • Achieved a record of 800,000 scans over a 10-day event—just one month after the app launch.

  • Working closely with the client, we built smooth processes and quick release cycles—helping them launch faster and stay ahead of the competition.
