Technical Challenges
The apps had to handle a large number of scans smoothly—both online and offline—even on older or low-spec mobile devices, especially in expo environments where internet is often slow or unstable.
We needed to keep the apps working perfectly with every new mobile OS update, by using smart automated testing for critical features.
Our team provided live support during events to make sure everything ran smoothly without delays.
Syncing a high volume of offline leads was also a challenge, especially with limited or spotty internet.
